Cabbage Greyhound (Brassica Oleracea var. alba)

A popular variety for early crops producing pointed heads with a wonderful flavour.

Indoor Planting:

For early crops sow seeds 1.5cm deep in trays of moist compost, be careful not to over-water. Store in glass house at an approx. temperature of 10-15c (50-60f)

Outdoor Planting:

Sow seeds thinly 1.5cm deep direct in growing bed. Keep the soil moist, and be careful not to over-water. When large enough to handle thin to 18” (45cm) apart. Ideal for successional sowing. Keep well water in dry conditions. Feed with a liquid fertiliser.
