Can you return your goods?
All our products conform to the UK legislation which means that if your goods are damaged, not sold as described or of satisfactory quality then you can have a full refund.
These are your standard rights supported by UK law. However, we do offer much more than the standard legislation as we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If your goods are fine, but you still wish to return
We want you to be truly delighted with your purchase. On the rare occasion you are not entirely happy we will to make the whole process as simple and painless as possible for you which is why we offer a 14 day no quibble returns policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply email us explaining the reasons and we will then forward an email authorising the return.
Due to the fact that the product has no fault, you will not be reimbursed for the return postage. Your purchase costs will be refunded immediately on receipt of the goods back into our store in the condition in which they were sent out.
If your goods are damaged
All orders are carefully checked before leaving our store. If however, in the unlikely event, that you receive a faulty or damaged item, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will then be happy to receive the product back or arrange a replacement.
Under these circumstances, we naturally will also reimburse you for the return postage costs. However, we will only pay for the cheapest form of return, which would be Royal Mail 2nd Class. Some of the larger items will be collected by Courier, if this is necessary, we will let you know when we receive your returns request email.
