Description
Indoor Planting:
- Sow February - April
- Sow seeds 1.5cm deep in trays of moist compost, be careful not to over water
- Store in a warm location at an approximate temperature of 16C (60F)
- Plant out in desired location in May - June
Outdoor Planting:
- Sow March - April
- Sow seeds 1.5cm deep direct in growing bed
- Keep the soil moist and be careful not to over water
- When large enough to handle, the seedlings should have 2 - 3 leaves
- Thin to 18" (45cm) apart
- Pick the sprouts from the bottom of the plants first
- Keep well watered in dry conditions
- Be careful when weeding as their roots are easily damaged
